Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Economic Development to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft resolution on the specifics of a moratorium on inspections of small and medium-sized businesses by March 9. In addition to the moratorium on business inspections, it includes measures to simplify obtaining the status of a participant in a free economic zone in Crimea, as well as a proposal for credit holidays for both individuals and legal entities. Those whose income has fallen by more than 30 percent will be eligible for deferred payments.
