HBO, as we have already reported, has revealed that Kaitlyn Dever will be Abby in the second season of the TV series The Last of Us. The actress is known worldwide for various series and films on which she has worked, but even those who dedicate themselves solely to video games could have the (well-founded) suspicion of having her already seen associated with a Naughty Dog work.
Dever has indeed been Cassie Drake – daughter of Nathan Drake and Elena Fisher, characters from Uncharted – in the fourth numbered chapter of the shooter series.
In case you haven't played it or don't remember who he is in detail, remember that in the end we see the Nathan-Elena couple a few years in the future. The two started a family and had a daughter, Cassie. The character appears only briefly.

Meanwhile The Last of Us gallops on television and stumbles in the gaming world (the online game has been cancelled, remember), Uncharted remains stuck in the stables. The saga, highly successful especially thanks to the fourth chapter, has not received new announcements in recent years.
Among the many speculations, it is thought that the game is destined to return with Cassie as protagonist (although in an adult version, of course). In this case, Kaitlyn Dever could reprise her role, actively finding herself having two important roles in Naughty Dog's works.
