The head of the Court of Instruction number 47 of Madrid, Adolfo Carretero, has summoned Elisa Mouliaá, the actress who denounced Íñigo Errejón for alleged sexual crimes, to testify on November 7. After the complainant’s statement, the judge will take testimony from the former Sumar deputy on November 12. Both statements will take place starting at 9:00 a.m., according to legal sources.
