The Judge Peinado imputes to the Moncloa advisor who managed the businesses of Begoña Gómez and the appointment to declare

In fact, among the communications he maintained, for example, one carried out with Endesa in 2021, when according to the sources consulted, he sent an email to the then General Director of Communication of Endesa, Ignacio Jiménez, to organize a meeting between Gomez and José Bogas. Although Bogas was not finally present at that meeting – it was only a protocol greeting – Gomez did have a meeting thanks to these efforts with several responsible for the company.
