The Zaragoza City Council has invested one million euros in several industrial estates of the city in order to improve common infrastructure.
Regarding the work of asphaltedthe 500,000 euros have been used, in recent weeks, for the Infrastructure service through the Technical Office of the Public Roads to develop the asphalt of some of the main streets of the industrial estates of Malpica and Cogullada.
The pavement of three streets in Malpica totaling 18,376.94 square meters, spread over 9,894.58 square meters on E Street, another 7,168.79 square meters on C Street, and 1,865 square meters on H Street. Cowl 5,442.88 square meters of Jaime Ferrán Street have been paved.
The shares comprise another 500,000 euros in aids intended to finance the renewal of infrastructure in seven private industrial estates in the capital to act on urbanization plans, such as roads or enclosures, underground networks and, as a novelty, video surveillance installations.
The distribution has been made among the projects presented by the industrial estates of Ciudad del Transporte, Europa, San Valero, La Cartuja, El Portazgo, Molino Pilar and Miraflores.
“The selected projects have been subsidized with a minimum of 54,000 euros and a maximum of 93,000 euros, after the assessment carried out by the municipal services,” explains the Minister of Urban Planning, Víctor Serrano.
He Europe Polygon will undertake a project of 197,406.80, for which they have a subsidy of 54,245.28 euros, for which they will repair the sanitation network and the deteriorated pavement at the entrance to the industrial estate and in various streets within it.
For its part, in the Transport City They will have 73,113.21 municipal euros to develop a project of 146,606.93 euros that will involve the installation of a video surveillance system in common outdoor areas, with 54 analysis cameras and another 4 license plate readers. Road signage will also be replaced and expanded.
In it La Cartuja Industrial Estate A project of 238,971.40 euros will be promoted with 51,886.79 euros for the renewal of the road and removal of railway tracks that are out of use, as well as the conditioning of street planning and signage. Also included is the replacement of sodium vapor exterior lighting luminaires with LED ones.
The actions have also focused on the San Valero Industrial Estatewhich has obtained 57,783.02 euros for a project of 171,984.28 euros through which a video surveillance system will be installed throughout the estate, with the partial replacement of the perimeter fencing, the repair and paving of roads, and the replacement of luminaires .
It has also received support El Portazgo Industrial Estatewith a project of 294,791.90 euros and a subsidy of 84,905.56 euros, to renew the asphalt of two streets.
Meanwhile, the Pilar Mill Polygon will develop, for 266,619.72 euros and a subsidy of 93,160.28 euros, the replacement of lighting, the installation of video surveillance, the adaptation of water meters, the installation of flowmeters in the fire-fighting network and forced ventilation in the room of fire pumps.
Finally, the Miraflores Industrial Estate It will have 84,905.66 euros for part of a 257,552.20 euro project that seeks to repair, adapt and equip fire protection facilities. This involves different actions on roads, common elements, in the supply and sanitation network, and in the electrical network.
