With high antibodies that are in the body before the COVID-19 vaccination, you can get vaccinated – as a result, a person will receive a powerful immune response. Immunologist Nikolai Kryuchkov spoke about this in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets.
“After a number of vaccines, side effects have been described in the form of, for example, thrombosis. Usually this is a very rare story, but after COVID-19, such effects develop much more often, ”he said.
Kryuchkov added that the new generation vaccines that will be created in the future will give much fewer side effects after vaccination or not cause them at all.
In addition, the immunologist explained that after vaccination with the high antibodies present in the body prior to vaccination, antibody-dependent intensification of infection (ASUI) will not occur. He explained that this effect occurs when the level of antibodies is low.
Kryuchkov also spoke about the consequences of constant revaccination against coronavirus. According to him, repeated vaccinations do not overload human immunity. However, scientists are now studying such consequences as AZUI and the T-helper-2 effect – because of it, the immune response with constant revaccination can shift towards an allergic-like one.
Earlier, virologist Lukashev denied the popular myth of vaccination against coronavirus. He stated that after being vaccinated against COVID-19, a person is not contagious, because there is no live coronavirus in the vaccine.
