The samples collected at that point indicate an average value of 6.26 milligrams per liter
Technicians from the Murcian Institute of Agricultural and Environmental Research and Development (IMIDA) confirmed “optimal” oxygen levels on Wednesday in the surroundings of Matas Gordas beach, in the Mar Menor, according to sources from the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock , Fishing, Environment and Emergencies.
These are the samples collected this Wednesday on the state of the Mar Menor by the IMIDA technical team, which traveled to the Matas Gordas beach area, an area of special singularity due to the presence of protected species.
The values taken at that point indicate an average oxygen value of 6.26 milligrams per liter, with a minimum of 4.96 milligrams per liter and a maximum of 7.76 milligrams per liter, which represents an optimal oxygen level for the development of life. On Thursday, he will travel to another area to measure the state.
