The Goya first deliver in their history an ex Aequo prize for the best film for ‘La Infiltrada’ and ’47’

The Goya awards kept a final turn that nobody expected. Never in history the film academy had delivered an ex aequo prize for the best film, and hence the surprise when Belé Rueda had to stop the applause when he opened the envelope that the winner of the final award of the night announced. First they announced ’47’, and it was the actress who requested calm to say that also the other great favorite of the night, the infiltrator, was the winner of the head. So far it had only happened in 1995 and in the category of best fiction short.

A historical decision that left everyone with his mouth open, also to the team of both films. And if one thinks, beyond the difficulty of something like that, it sounds up to logical. Both infiltrated and 47 are, without a doubt, the two popular phenomena of the year. Films that have conquered the public, who have built their moment thanks to the mouth of the people. The first until it reaches 8 million euros at the box office. The second Siedo the film in Catalan most successful in history. At times where there are so much talk about the rooms in danger, the academy has recognized two titles that have found the impossible balance between criticism and public.

In response to the final score, 47 ended as the most awarded film of the night with five Goya awards. Best film, special effects, production address, cast actress for Clara Segura and cast actor for Salva Reina. Up to five minutes before the final earthquake, the prize for Reina, normally pigeonholed in comic roles, was the great bell of the night. Antonio de la Torre was imposed on favorites, for the flashes and Óscar de la Fuente, for the house. Salva Reina did not believe it, he was very excited and let out a “What cock is?” and then remember Torre Baró, migrants and housing problem. It was the first notice for the rivals of Marcel Barrena’s film.

And if we got up we could say that even one more, because its protagonist Eduard Fernández won the prize for the best actor – the most sung of the night – by Marco, but surely he would have succeeded for his composition in 47 if the rules of the rules of the Academy did not prevent the same person from opting twice to Goya in the same category.

The infiltrator, meanwhile, reached the last one over with a single award, the best actress for Carolina Yuste. Finally there were two, but two of the Gordos, of those who tell. Yuste, as he did in the Forqué, asked “not to use the wound and pain to get political revenue”, in addition to asking for “decent housing for all people.”
