Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a resolution simplifying the procedure for purchasing socially significant medical equipment. This is reported RIA News with reference to the press service of the government.
Under the new rules, the initial cost of contracts under the simplified system has been increased from three to 50 million rubles. According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, this measure should increase the stability of the market for socially important goods and avoid their shortage.
First of all, we are talking about consumables for medical equipment and rehabilitation means for the disabled, which can now be purchased through an electronic request for quotations.
It is also noted that the limit of the annual volume of such purchases has been increased from 100 to 750 million rubles. The Ministry of Health and other departments will monitor prices for such equipment.
On Tuesday, March 8, Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree according to which refugees from the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics have the right to free medical care.
