HUMAN CELL ATLAS
The Human Cell Atlas presents advances in the study of developing human tissues, analytical tools based on machine learning and integrated analyses, such as the gastrointestinal tract atlas and data on inflammatory diseases. In addition, it includes an atlas of brain organoid cells that reflects aspects of the development of the brain and the gastrointestinal system.
