The follow-up to the strike called by Solidarity in the Community does not reach 0.1% of the workers

The monitoring in the Region of Murcia of the general strike called for this Friday by the Solidaridad union, linked to Vox, against the amnesty was practically zero.

According to data provided by sources from the regional Government, only 48 public employees of the more than 62,000 officials working for the regional Administration in Health, Education and Administration and Services were absent from work this Friday. This represents less than 0.08% of the total. Although, according to the same sources, it is possible that not all of them have supported the strike and, perhaps, have become ill, so the percentage could be even lower.

In the Murcian Health Service (SMS), the total number of absent workers rose to 13 this Friday morning, out of a total of 27,600 health workers, which represents a follow-up of 0.047%. Among the teachers in the Region of Murcia, the figures grow slightly but are still negligible, with 25 teachers out of a total of 25,000 (0.1%). The same percentage that was registered among Administration and Services personnel, where 10 officials out of 10,000 were missing.

In the Croem employers’ association in Murcia, on the other hand, “there has been no talk of a strike all morning, so I can’t tell you much more either,” according to sources from the regional business community.

The Solidarity union, for its part, was waiting late this Friday morning to have in hand the data on the monitoring of the general strike by the Ministry of Labor because, according to sources from the formation, “we cannot manage that volume of information.
