The Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg considered the material concerning the unemployed Yuri Balabonyan, who was detained on January 23 at an uncoordinated event.
He was found guilty under Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Participation in a mass event in violation of public order”). He was fined 10 thousand rubles.
Balabonyan is married and has two children. It is known that he came to Petersburg from Krasnodar.
