The fellow who sued Nacho Cano for ‘Malinche’ denounces that he is being a victim of hate crimes in the networks

Leslie Guadalupe Ochoca, the fellow who denounced Nacho Cano, has filed a new demand for a crime of hate that would have been committed following several racist and offensive comments on social networks. The letter, to which eldiario.es has had access, collects the insults that the young Mexican has received in recent weeks for her involvement in the investigation against the musical producer for a possible crime of irregular immigration and labor exploitation in her work in her work Malinche.

The letter states that the dancer received “comments of a clearly offensive, discriminatory and hatred incitement” by two users in a publication made on Facebook; and that these were aimed at “people of a certain race.”

“Poor starving over poor … disabled, Tlacuache hands,” said the first of the messages. “This thirty -year -old in addition to being disabled, lives a hallucination, you are a fungus!”, The second published, which added: “You will never dance for anyone important by ugly, indigenous and disabled.” The complaint states that this case “finds no amparo or justification in the exercise of its right to freedom of expression.”

This demand comes while the investigation against Nacho Cano continues for the supposedly irregular situation of 17 fellows in his musical Malinche. The last step of the case was that the judge questioned the report made by the Labor Inspection – favorable to Mecano’s former member – and ordered to rebuild him. Declarations are still pending, such as that of the two police officers accused of Nacho Cano to coerce several of his dancers, and two other witnesses who were charged by the magistrate. This is the owner of the hostel in which the young people were housed, who is also producer of the musical and shareholder of the company; and the administrator of the Jana School with whom they signed the alleged agreement.
