He denounces that they are “a fraud of the law” by avoiding the Lomloe
The federation of ampas FAPA-RM will stand up to the Ministry of Education in court and will file two contentious administrative appeals before the Superior Court of Justice of the Region of Murcia against the resolution of the Ministry of Education in which instructions on evaluation are issued , promotion and qualification and the schooling decree. The two normative texts have been forced by the educational reform, and in both cases, the Ministry of Education has tried to minimize its effect to avoid the will of the Ministry. In relation to schooling, the FAPA denounces that the school zones delimited by the Ministry are similar to a district or single zone of schooling. “Drawing fictitious maps, in our opinion, is a fraud of law and usually has consequences in terms of balanced schooling of students, with the appearance of school ghettos in certain areas of high population density and low socioeconomic conditions,” denounces the FAPA.
The parents consider that the Ministry “shows absolute institutional disloyalty to the Ministry of Education and is once again, in our view, outside the law, when it issues instructions regarding qualifications contrary to the indications of the Royal Decree of the Lomloe area. In this, title is allowed exceptionally in Baccalaureate when a student passes all subjects except one, and under a series of circumstances. The legislator tries to make access to the degree more flexible without assuming in any way automatic and free degree. Well, some simple regional instructions, which can only clarify and never go contrary to the norm, includes at one point that obtaining the title will be achieved exclusively with the positive evaluation of all subjects, “the parents denounce.
