The FAPA takes to the courts the decrees of admission and evaluation of students of the Region

The federation of ampas FAPA-RM will stand up to the Ministry of Education in court and will file two contentious administrative appeals before the Superior Court of Justice of the Region of Murcia against the resolution of the Ministry of Education in which instructions on evaluation are issued , promotion and qualification and the schooling decree. The two normative texts have been forced by the educational reform, and in both cases, the Ministry of Education has tried to minimize its effect to avoid the will of the Ministry. The parents consider that the Ministry “shows absolute institutional disloyalty to the Ministry of Education and is once again, in our view, outside the law, when it issues instructions regarding qualifications contrary to the indications of the Royal Decree of the Lomloe area.
