It is worth remembering that overheating deprives the hair of its natural moisture and disrupts its structure, so the hair may look dull and unkempt, ”explained Proskurina.
As the expert clarified, natural drying is suitable for owners of undyed and naturally smooth beautiful hair. However, with this method, styling does not always look neat, and in women whose hair has a porous structure, they look dull and frizzy.
The doctor advised, provided there was enough time, after washing, blot the hair with a microfiber towel, and then let it dry naturally, and only then dry it and style it with a hair dryer.
