Estrada, 58 years old, has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid and has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Cemfi. He has developed a large part of his career at the Bank of Spain, although he has also been an advisor to José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero and has been in the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
