The penalty can be up to 200 euros
The Traffic Code is very clear about this circumstance: pedestrians have priority at all properly marked pedestrian crossings, except when there are traffic lights that regulate traffic. For this reason, all vehicles of any type, including bicycles and electric scooters, must comply with the standard and allow the passage of pedestrians who are walking and crossing through the area designated for them.
However, it is common practice in Spanish cities not to pay attention to zebra crossings and not to respect the priority of pedestrians. In those cases, the DGT can fine drivers with a penalty of 200 euros. To remind him, he has shared a publication on his social networks warning of the fine that this practice entails.
✔️If you go in 🚲, remember that you must yield to a properly marked pedestrian crossing. Also when you turn to enter another road and there are pedestrians crossing it, even if there is no passage.

Although the rule is applicable to all vehicles, on this occasion it has been specifically addressed to cyclists, with the following message: «If you travel by bicycle, remember that you must give way at a duly marked pedestrian crossing. Also when you turn to enter another road and there are pedestrians crossing it, even if there is no passage. The penalty for not respecting the priority of pedestrians: 200 euros.
Also, as seen in the image, a person is walking across a pedestrian crossing with a bike next to him. This practice is also important, as the DGT does not allow cyclists to cross zebra crossings on bicycles. If they want to do so, they must get out of the vehicle and cross it on foot, as shown in the image. In the event that they do so on the bicycle, they can also face the same penalty of 200 euros.
