His artistic career began in the late seventies when director Abdel Rahman Al-Khamisi chose him to participate in his movie “Flower of Violet” in 1977. Among his most important works are “Tears in Rude Eyes”, “Sheikh Al Arab Hammam” and others.
Tamer, the son of the late artist, revealed that his father died in his home in the Al-Malik Al-Saleh area, and he was suffering from nothing but difficulty breathing, with years ago receiving treatment for pressure disease, but his health condition was good throughout the last period until he felt shortness of breath during the last 48 hours.
Tamer Muhammad Abdel Halim said that the funeral prayer for his father has not yet been determined, but it will be Sunday in one of the mosques in the King Al-Saleh area, according to what was reported by the seventh day.
