“Liguria is ready to apply the Ministry circular that updates the vaccines that can be used for booster doses: it will also be possible to use Moderna, a ready-made solution that does not require preparation, particularly useful in the field of out-of-hospital facilities, such as for example rsa . The “booster” dose of the Moderna vaccine can be used at least six months after the completion of the primary vaccine cycle, regardless of the vaccine previously used “. This was announced by the president of the Liguria Region and health councilor Giovanni Toti. To date, there are more than 49,000 bookings for third doses. People vaccinated in Liguria with at least one dose today are 1,172,419, equal to 84.75% of the population residing in Liguria over 12 (source: Istat, 1 January 2021). The acts of violence such as those carried out in the Imperia area, in the vaccination hub of Camporosso and also in front of the Bordighera hospital by some no vaxes do not change our line by one iota.
