A couple of days ago, Capcom showed new content from Reisdent Evil Village, among which we found a new story trailer for the game, as well as an extensive gameplay where we could see the title for the first time in motion. In addition, the art of Resident Evil Village cover, which could possibly have a major spoiler for the plot of the title.
As we can see in the image below, thanks to ComicBook, the art of Resident Evil Village cover shows us Chris Redfield turning his gaze towards the town below, while the other part of the cover shows us the face of what appears to be a werewolf, one of the new enemies that will make an appearance in the title.
Resident Evil Village cover could have a major spoiler
While it is true that the art on the game’s cover is fantastic, it is possible that it is hinting at some important aspect of the game’s history, such as the possibility that Chris Redfield will become a werewolf at some point in the adventure. Given the mystery surrounding the character in this title, it wouldn’t be surprising if Chris had fallen prey to the werewolf curse, and that he was one of those who will appear in the title.
However, it would seem like a somewhat clumsy move on the part of Capcom, since although the art looks fantastic as the cover of the title, it would be a bit strange if the company itself revealed such an important aspect of the plot to us at the first few changes, although it is true that it is something that has happened in the past, especially in the film industry.
Resident Evil 8’s next demo will be a true playable experience
For now, we can only wait for the title to be at our disposal to see if the Resident Evil Village cover It will contain or not spoiler, and for this we will have to hold out until next May 7, 2021, at which time the title will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
