Hi-Tech Mail.ru: iPhone 16 Pro fell in price for the first time in Russia to 116 thousand rubles
Apple’s new flagship smartphone has dropped in price for the first time in Russia. About this reports Hi-Tech Mail.ru publication.
Media journalists noticed that iPhone 16 Pro began to be sold on the Russian market for 116 thousand rubles. At the start of sales in September, the device was available for 170 thousand rubles. Thus, the device has fallen in price by about a third.
“Now is a great time to think about buying a device before the price increases again before the New Year holidays,” the media authors noted. At the same time, journalists recalled that the 16 Pro model for 116 thousand rubles is delivered from abroad, so when ordering you will have to pay a duty of about 16 thousand rubles. “Even in this case, the purchase will be profitable,” the journalists concluded.
The iPhone 16 Pro smartphone has a titanium and glass body, a 6.3-inch OLED display, an A18 Pro processor and 8 gigabytes of RAM. The flagship has a triple camera with lenses with a resolution of 48, 48 and 12 megapixels, and a battery with a capacity of 3582 milliamp-hours. The more expensive iPhone 16 Pro Max differs from the phone in having a 6.9-inch screen and a battery with a capacity of 4685 milliamp-hours.
In early October, it turned out that the new iPhone 16 had fallen in price on the Russian market for the first time since its release. They began offering the device for 90 thousand rubles, whereas at the start it was available for 160 thousand rubles.
