The Community of Madrid has opened this November 1 until December 15 the deadline to request the 2024 aid intended to contribute to the payment of the rent of the habitual residence or the transfer price of the home or a room.
This aid is part of the State Plan for housing accessibility 2022-2025, which includes housing rental assistance programs for those sectors of the population with limited economic means and over 65 years of age and for young people under 35 years of age, through direct aid to tenants or assignees, the regional Executive states in a statement. The conditions for the application can be consulted on the website of the Community of Madrid.
Likewise, the Community of Madrid publishes next Monday, November 4, the final list of those admitted to the 2023 housing rental aid. The Ministry of Housing, Transport and Infrastructure will also publish the list of applicants who have been excluded in the competitive competition process to obtain these subsidies called for the year 2023.
