The Autonomous Community launches a single appointment portal for the different services and offices of the regional Administration that allows the citizen, with a single access, to obtain an appointment at any office and confirm it in real time, by means of an SMS or email, providing at that time the number by which you are going to be called.

citaprevia.carm.esis also accessible from the electronic headquarters of the Community and has integrated, in addition to the Assistance Offices for Registration Matters, depending on the Citizen Service and pioneers in its implementation, multiple centers and services of the Community such as the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia, the Deposit Fund, Education, IMAS, Family and Minors, Health, Development, Energy, Industry and Mines, and the Employment and Training Service.
Under the impulse of the General Directorate of Administrative Regeneration and Modernization, attached to the Ministry of Transparency, Security and Emergencies, the portal was developed by the General Directorate of Information Technology and Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Digital Transformation, and its Implementation ended in January.
The new system is more comfortable, since it allows you to filter by offices or by desired services. It provides more clarity and immediacy, since it confirms the appointment instantly by SMS or email and, in addition, it allows you to easily cancel or change the appointment. In all cases, the citizen obtains at that very moment the number by which he will be called at the time in the office that he has selected.
Since the manager’s implementation process began, at the beginning of 2021 and to date, there have been 496,902 citations obtained by citizens through the portal, 398,040 in 2021 and 98,862 until February 28, 2022.
