Caterpillar assets in Russia were acquired by the Armenian fund structure Balchug Capital
The Russian business of the American construction equipment manufacturer Caterpillar has been transferred to a company controlled by the fund of Armenian entrepreneur David Amaryan, Balchug Capital. Writes about this with reference to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities Interfax.
We are talking about the company’s assets in the Russian Federation, including a special equipment plant in the city of Tosno (Caterpillar Tosno LLC, Leningrad Region) and the Moscow Caterpillar Financial LLC. According to the register, the transaction was completed on June 14, when control over the subsidiaries passed to PSK – New Solutions LLC – the main owner of this organization (with a 99 percent share) is Balchug Capital CJSC.
