the number of people who have contracted the SARS-CoV-2 virus (including recovered and died) since the outbreak began. THE deaths today I’m 71

People recovered or discharged they are altogether 4,668,257 And 6.404 those that came out of the Covid nightmare today (7,558 yesterday). The positive current – the subjects who have the virus – turn out to be in all 166,598, equal to +7.281 compared to yesterday (+4,807 the day before).
The swabs and the scenario
THE total swabs (molecular and antigenic) were 649.998, or 87,492 more than yesterday when it was 562,505. While the positive rate 2.1% (the approximation of 2.11%); yesterday it was 2.2%. Here is the map of the contagion in Italy.
More infections in 24 hours than yesterday. We are at the levels of the end of April for the number of new cases (see +13,446 cases on April 30th and +14,320 cases on April 29th). The trend remains on the rise, as shown by the comparison with last Thursday (18 November) – the same day of the week – when they were recorded +10,638 cases with a positive rate of 1.7%: today, in fact, there are more new infections than that day, with a higher percentage (2.1% versus 1.7%). The graph below shows immediately what the trend is.
According to the independent monitoring of the Gimbe Foundation, in the last week (17-23 November) the growth of the parameters compared to the previous week was: + 27% in new cases (it was + 32.2% in the previous report), +8.7 % deaths (it was + 21.8%), hospitalizations + 15.8% (it was + 15.5%) and intensive care + 16.4% (it was + 14.3%).
For the ninth consecutive day the Lombardy to have the highest number of new infected, over 2,000 since yesterday: here are +2,302 cases thanks to 143,000 swabs – the highest number of regional tests of the day – with a rate of 1.6%, lower than the national one (here the bulletin). Always beyond the threshold of 2 thousand there is then the Veneto which communicates +2,066 cases with a 1.7% rate calculated on over 122,000 analyzes. Above one thousand follows: Emilia Romagna (+1,307 cases with 3.8% rate), Lazio (+1.276 cases with 2.6% rate) e Campania (+1.110 cases with 3.4% rate).
The victims
The victims in the bulletin are decreasing: they are 71 against 85 the day before. Five regions / provinces that have zero bereavement: these are Marche, Sardinia, Basilicata, Molise and the province of Trento. While, like yesterday, the highest number of deaths in Lombardy (12) and Emilia-Romagna (11).
The health system
The hospitalizations in each area are still increasing. The beds occupied in ordinary Covid wards I’m +60 (yesterday +32), for a total of 4,689 hospitalized. The beds occupied in intensive care (TI) are +15 (yesterday +13) – this is the balance between the people who left and those who entered ICU -, bringing the total of the most seriously ill patients to 588, with 57 admissions to resuscitation (yesterday 49).

The Emilia Romagna region announces that from the total of positives declared in the previous days, 3 cases, positive for antigen test but not confirmed by molecular test, have been eliminated.
The Friuli Venezia Giulia region announces that from the total of the positives declared in the previous days, 5 cases have been eliminated because: n. 3 antigenic tests not confirmed by the next test.
