Like a bolt from the blue comes a news that will please all fans of the famous indie roguelike: The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem, boardgame based on the game of the same name created by Edmund McMillen will also arrive in our country translated into Italian following the enormous success of the campaign on Kickstarter.
The realization took place thanks to one of the ten most successful campaigns on the fundraising site. Starting with an initial loan of $ 100,000, in a few minutes it exceeded the 6,000% target, earning a profit over 47,000 backers and $ 6.7 million raised.
Thanks to such a success, the board game will receive global distribution via translation in over six languages (including French, Spanish, German and Chinese). Speaking of the welcome found with the title, Javon Frazier, CEO of the construction company Media Master, he has declared:
We have seen the tremendous interest that Edmund’s game has had around the world, so for Requiem we made it a priority to give as many fans the chance to play by providing a localized version in their language.
