Raffaella Carrà’s beautiful and moving gesture just before she died: this is what she did
Raffaella Carrà little before dying has donated her gym of 160 meters, to the local Brotherhood of Mercy, which is located in Porto Santo Stefano. This is what has emerged in the last few hours and has once again demonstrated the value and the great heart of the famous singer.
A gesture that certainly has not passed unnoticed and that has moved many of his friends and fans. Everyone knew he always went out of his way to to help who needed it most, especially children.
That place is located in Porto Santo Stefano, a Grosseto. It is a gym of approx 160 meters, which the dancer used for to train when he went on vacation to his home a Cala Piccola, which is located a few km away.
The president of the association Roberto Cerulli, decided to talk about this beautiful gesture of the showgirl. In an interview reported by the well-known newspaper The nation he said:
A few weeks ago he summoned us to Rome, to his notary. He called me a few days earlier saying he wanted to donate one of his properties in Porto S. Stefano to Misericordia for our activities.
We went to see it: a huge gift for the real estate value. And so we met her in Rome at the notary’s. And even there his presence was characterized by hospitality, availability and sweetness. He had many talks with us and as we mentioned some kind of thanks, he always sidetracked the discussion.
The importance of charity for Raffaella Carrà
The famous singer, presenter and showgirl has always had a deep love for this type of initiatives. He always tried to to help who needed it most. In fact, Roberto Cerulli himself stated on this:
He wanted to learn more about our activities. We met with her and other confreres at the Fuga bar. We talked for an hour. He wanted the details of our services, of our activities, of how difficult it was to be able to maintain such an important association for the entire Argentario.
He wanted to know the difficulties we were experiencing with the Covid emergency, the motivations of the volunteers, their fears, the feelings of their families. She was admired for the work of our boys. I then invited her to visit the headquarters on our waterfront and she accepted. We set off and in a few moments Raffaella was to visit us. A really nice meeting that then, without our being able to imagine it, led to this donation.
