The alarm in the new report: business with foreign drug dealers to conquer the market. To the west the passeur emergency is triggered
Genoa – According to the new semi-annual report of the Ligurian Antimafia sent to the Parliament at this time by the Calabrian clans they would be trying to get their hands on drug dealing in the historic center of Genoa. Or at least the ndrangheta has already started doing business with foreign drug dealers and part of the drug that runs in the alleys would be attributable to the mafia clans.
In the course of the investigative activity of the Dia della Liguria, directed by the foreman Colonel Maurizio Panzironi, it emerged how the Calabrian gangs (increasingly present in the Ligurian territory and in particular in the Genoese capital) have therefore started a sort of “collaboration” with the foreign gangs that control the shop in the alleys. This with a very specific goal: to conquer the new illicit market.
In fact, in the half-year report the Anti-Mafia Investigation Department of Liguria it provides a rather peculiar and disturbing picture of drug trading in the alleys. The Dia highlights, in fact, how “the operational scenario is in the hands of irregular gangs and in particular aggregations of Moroccans, Senegalese, South Americans, and Gambians who exploit the strategic position of Liguria for the import of hashish and marijuana along the route coming from Morocco ”, is written in the report.
And it was precisely these aggregations that have recently entered into business with the Calabrian gangs which, according to the first investigative findings, have sold the large quantities of drugs to be sold in the historic center to foreign pusher.
an area of the old city where the shop is a real emergency. With the sale of drugs at all hours of the day and night and exasperated inhabitants because they are forced to live with groups of drug dealers above their windows. A judge in a recent sentence even defined the alleys of Genoa as “A drug supermarket where you can find drugs at all hours of the day and night”.
Another criminal alarm is also highlighted in the Dia report. Which concerns the phenomenon of passeur, “African subjects who go from the Côte d’Azur to the Ligurian capital to accompany irregular non-EU citizens of various ethnic groups in France hidden within the media”, Write the investigators of the Antimafia.
