Last Friday, the National Police arrested a member of the UGT union for broadcast the RTVE opposition exams which had to be suspended for this filtrationpolice sources have reported.
The detainee is not the person who accessed the file with the questions but rather the person who subsequently spread them among some of the candidates, the sources have added.
The alleged author of the leak is accused of a crime of revealing secrets. After being arrested and taking advantage of his right not to testify, he was released and is pending judicial proceedings.
The investigation is being carried out by the Central Specialized and Violent Crime Unit (UDEV) and agents from the judicial brigade of the Madrid Police Headquarters.
RTVE On Thursday, October 17, a disciplinary file was opened against a Corporation worker as a “result of the progress of the investigations” derived from the leak of the questions of the Information and Content theoretical test.
The opposition It should have been held on September 29 and in fact thousands of applicants attended the call that finally had to be suspended when the leak became known. The exams will be held next November 2.
