The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet)
raised to orange level, which means significant risk,

accumulated precipitation in an hour of 30 mm. The rainy episode is estimated to begin around 10 a.m. and end the same day at 8 p.m. In the region of Valle del Guadalentín, Lorca and Águilas, the most intense storms are expected in the interior.
In the yellow risk areas, Campo de Cartagena and Mazarrón, a
accumulated precipitation in an hour of 25 mm and in the same way, it is estimated that the rains begin around 10:00 am and end at 8:00 pm. A yellow level warning for storms indicates that in the affected warning area (according to the Meteoalerta Plan) “locally strong rains and / or locally strong winds and / or hail of less than 2 cm” are expected.
