This November 26, the Víctor Villegas Auditorium and Congress Center in Murcia hosted one of the largest gastronomy events in Spain: the Michelin Gala. The French guide granted her long-awaited stars on a night in which the nerves were palpable, especially among those who were the favorites of all the pools.
Finally, the highest recognition of the evening went to Casa Marcial, which obtained the three stars, while Alevante, LÚ Cocina y Alma and Retiro da Costiña received the two Stars. Not in vain, another 32 restaurants were added to the list of gastronomic proposals with a Star, some of them located in the country’s capital, Madrid.
The Community of Madrid boasts, today, of having 37 Michelin Stars. 29 establishments distribute them. The first on the list, the one with the most stars, is the three-star DiverXo, by Dabiz Muñoz. The rebel chef maintains the highest category, the mythical 3 stars.

Diverxo
Chef Dabiz Muñoz defines his cuisine as fun, surprising and with a lot of flavor. Also very haute cuisine rock and roll, a creative avant-garde kitchen where everything is possible. At Diverxo they do not have a menu, only a tasting menu, the protagonist of the controversy due to its price, to play with dynamism and offer the best gastronomic experience.

Ramon Freixa Madrid
The restaurant is located in Claudio Coello Ramon Freixa Madrid, where traditional dishes are combined with the most sophisticated and modern creations. All this playing with a Mediterranean base. Smoked Room
His full name is Smoked Room Madrid. Fire Omakase by Dani García. It is one of the projects that the Marbelló chef opened in 2021 in Madrid. In 2022, suddenly, two stars. The kitchen presides Massimiliano Delle Vedove and the proposal has as its common thread the execution of light smoked dishes and work with embers.
Paco Roncero
enjoying Ferran Adrià as advisor and gastronomic director and Paco Roncero as chefit is not surprising that he has two Michelin stars under his belt.
