During the month of March, the National Police arrested 16 people as responsible for four drug sales points in Murcia, Cartagena and Molina de Segura. This occurred within the constant fight against drug trafficking crimes in the Region of Murcia, one of its objectives being the dismantling of 'black' points for the sale of narcotic substances on a small and medium scale, as well as those properties dedicated to cultivation and development of marijuana plantations in the interior.
Consumers of this type of substances are usually a constant. They enter these properties only to leave again a few minutes later, causing serious damage, great social alarm and a feeling of insecurity among the residents of the area.
The entries and searches took place mainly in the cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Molina de Segura. Different quantities of marijuana, cocaine and hashish were seized. In addition to marijuana plants in different growth phases and buds ready for sale. Also cash and the tools used for the cultivation and development of this type of plantations, as well as a revolver and fifty cartridges. At many of these points, agents encountered strong security measures such as reinforced doors and external camera circuits to monitor the area.

This substance has anesthetic, analgesic and dissociative properties, fashionable among young people in Europe as it is a cheap but whose consumption can lead to serious consequences and completely harmful effects on health. It can cause arrhythmias, seizures, cardiac and/or cardiorespiratory arrests, and even death due to asphyxiation if consumed in large quantities.
All those responsible, once arrested, were brought to justice for the adoption of appropriate precautionary measures.
