Security agencies investigating the Nagrota encounter have made another major disclosure. Investigation agencies suspect that terrorists coming from Pakistan have used the tunnel to infiltrate into India. These terrorists entered through the tunnel from Shakargarh in Pakistan to Samba sector. It is suspected that arms and ammo were already present in the truck among the items recovered from the terrorists.
Security agencies have claimed that there has been no tampering of the border fencing. In such a situation, it is believed that the terrorists entered through the tunnel in Samba sector. However, this is not the first case of a terrorist crossing the border by making a tunnel.
Jash terrorists killed in Jammu were planning big
Jaish terrorists, who were killed in an encounter in Jammu near Nagrota on Thursday, were carrying large quantities of weapons and ammunition. A police officer has said that 11 AK-47 rifles and pistols have also been recovered from them. There is every possibility that they were making some big plan. All four were traveling in a truck going towards Kashmir. The truck was stopped by the police near the toll plaza after which all four were killed in an encounter.
When the truck carrying the terrorists was stopped around 5 o’clock on Thursday morning, the driver was taken aback after questioning and jumped and started running. The police team was shot from inside the truck and then in retaliation, 4 terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed were killed. A large quantity of arms and ammunition including 11 AK-47 rifles and 3 pistols have been recovered from them. Each terrorist was carrying at least 3 AK-47 rifles.
Please tell that this was the second such encounter on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway this year. Earlier in January, 3 terrorists were killed by the security forces, when they were going to hide inside the truck likewise.
