The audience encouraged and applauded their favorite.

Japanese tennis superstar Naomi Osaka was shouted out of the Indian Wells Masters tournament less than two weeks ago. The reception was completely different when Osaka started the Miami tournament.

The audience encouraged and applauded Australia for winning the opening round of Osaka Astra Sharmasta chapters 6–3, 6–4.

In California Osaka was barked miserably and the star tore to tears after dropping out of the tournament. Osaka keeps the Miami Masters 1000 tournament at home, and that’s what his game looked like at Hard Rock Stadium.

“Honestly, I didn’t let anything bother me today, whatever happened. Especially when my previous match isn’t one of the best memories of my career, ”Osaka said according to Reuters.

“I just wanted to prove that I can come back and compete regardless of whether I win or lose.”

In his career Osaka has won four grand slam tournaments and been number one on the world WTA list. Last year’s long break and the balance of the mental side led to the rankings dropping as low as 77th.

The Miami Masters is only the second tournament for Osaka since the disappointing end of the year of the Australian Championship.
