Finland Emil Rose Mountain and the Netherlands Botic van de Zandschulp continued the tennis men’s ATP250 tournament in Stockholm victoriously. Ruusuvuori and van de Zandschulp advanced to the semi-finals of the doubles tournament on Thursday.
In the semi-finals of Bosnia and Herzegovina Tomislav Brkic and Serbian Nikola Cacic had to humble themselves at a loss in the handling of Ruusuvuori and van de Zandschulp. Ruusuvuori and his partner reversed the 3–6 loss of the opening round by taking a tight second round of 7–6. In the third installment, Rose Mountain and van de Zandschulp recorded 10–8.
Ruusuvuori and van de Zandschulp managed to break through in the middle. In the second round cutout, the feed was broken three times and in the third round five times.
The semi-finals will be played on Friday.
