Booking and paying for the inspection of your vehicle is even easier and just a click away thanks to the partnership agreement between Telepassa leading company in Italy for integrated mobility services based on Apps, e Veycore, reference tech company for digital products dedicated to maintenance and repairs which will allow you to carry out the entire procedure through the app on your smartphone, making a network of specialized workshops accessible to customers.
Maintenance within the reach of an app
The service will thus be even quicker and simpler in its clutch, particularly in city centres. Telepass customers will be able to carry out mandatory maintenance on motorbikes and vehicles under 3.5 tonnes by selecting the repair shop directly from the app map. At the moment the Veycore workshops affiliated with Telepass are present in particular in Milan, Rome, Florence and Turin; Telepass and Veycore will continue to work to extend the coverage of the service throughout the country.
The collaboration between Telepass
The collaboration allows Telepass customers (Telepass Easy and Telepass Plus offers) to manage both the booking of the appointment and the payment of the inspection directly from their App. By selecting a day and time at one of the affiliated car repairers (continuously growing and available in App or on the website www.telepass.com) it is possible to book an inspection for each vehicle whose license plate is combined with the Telepass device.
How the service works
The service allows you to pay for the inspection in a completely cashless way, as only the cost of the inspection will be charged in the first available billing cycle, while any additional costs necessary to pass the inspection will have to be paid to the car repairer. Telepass customers can activate the Memo service for free in the App to check the dates and be notified of the expiry of the inspection, mandatory by law, for the vehicles associated with their device.
