Tekken 8 beats Street Fighter 6, at least in the UK
From information previously shared by Christopher Dring of GamesIndustry we learn that Tekken 8 not only placed first in the UK retail charts at launch, but that it also doubled the launch numbers of last year's Street Fighter 6, albeit the latter they had not been particularly high.
In general, the entry of the fighting game and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth have brought about clear changes at the top, with EA Sports FC 24 not being among the top three after a long time, while sales of Hogwarts Legacy have slowed down .
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown lost 6 positions, while The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered leaves the top 10 after just one week. In the case of the Naughty Dog title it must be said that a similar drop is understandable, considering that we are talking about a re-release and that many probably took advantage of the PS4 upgrade costing 10 euros to play it.
