The gesture of Sara Cornelio’s friends at the entrance to the church of the coffin: the girl was 23 years old
The last heartbreaking farewell to was celebrated on the morning of Wednesday 22 February Sara Cornelio, the 23-year-old who talked about her illness on social media. Many of her were present to say goodbye, but also to show closeness and affection to her loved ones.
Such a heartbreaking loss has broken hearts of all his friends, acquaintances and family. In fact, many people were present in the church, also to show closeness to his loved ones.
Sara Cornelio underwent a lung transplant in 2016, as she was suffering from cystic fibrosis. On this operation he said he had received a gift, because he had the opportunity to continue to live. In a post on Facebook he wrote:
Five years ago I was reborn, thanks to a gift: two lungs that allowed me to start living again.
However, in January he contracted one pneumonia caused by Covid. At first she seemed to be healed, but in no time her condition was aggravate drastically. His last post on social media dates back to January 29th. She said that after a while she had come home, but that she felt weak.
In the night between Friday 18th and Saturday 19th February, his heart stopped beating forever, due to complications related to this disease. The desperate are useless attempts doctors to help her.

His friends, just like all his acquaintances and schoolmates, have decided to be present at the church of San Benedetto d’Ivrea. Everyone was in tears for this excruciating and painful death.
There were gods on the coffin sunflowers and after the ritual, they wanted to send yellow balloons to the sky. In addition, for the entry into the parish of the coffin, they wanted to hang one on the door banner, with a moving sentence. In the latter it was written:
I want to be like light in a breathtaking sunset: an emotion forever.
