A professor at the Acatlán Faculty of Higher Studies of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) was captured trying revive the young man who lost his life after a mess at the College of Sciences and Humanities (CCH) Naucalpan.
The woman made Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers in a desperate attempt to save the life of a young student identified as Yaelonly 19 years old.
The shocking images were captured by a witness named Laura Barroco, who shared the moment on Facebook, describing how The teacher struggled to revive the student while they waited for the ambulance to arrive.which unfortunately arrived too late.
What happened at CCH Naucalpan?
The tragic incident occurred in the context of a violent attack perpetrated by alleged groups of joints against the CCH Naucalpan, resulting in the loss of Yael’s life
According to eyewitness accounts, The young man was trying to seek refuge with his brother Yamil, 17 years old.when a fatal fall cut short his life right near the campus.
The scene also witnessed other acts of violence, with several young people injured by the explosion of firecrackers.
The rapid intervention of teachers and emergency services allowed two of the injured to be treated.while a third was transported in a patrol car to receive medical attention.
Given this event, UNAM deeply regretted the loss of Yael and confirmed the immediate care provided to two other injured students.
Meanwhile, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador expressed his dismay at the incident and assured that the relevant investigations are being carried out to clarify the facts and bring those responsible to justice.
