He warned that Libya will enter a new transitional phase, if the meetings fail to reach an understanding on the constitutional basis.
The United Nations is committed to pushing for presidential and legislative elections in Libya after agreeing on the constitutional base, and activating the political, economic and military track in which the Libyan authorities have achieved tangible progress, according to the outcomes of the Berlin Conference to resolve the Libyan crisis.
In turn, Member of Parliament Abdel Salam Nassiya considered that the presidential and parliamentary elections are the best solution to the Libyan issue in order to renew legitimacy and legitimacy, unify the security, military and civil institutions, and get out of the transitional stages with which state building is not possible.

The committee consists of the ministries of finance, planning, the National Service, the Central Bank of Libya, the Audit Bureau, the National Oil Corporation, and all its affiliated companies and institutions.
In the same context, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs in the “unity government”, Adel Juma’a, announced the adoption of emergency financial arrangements for the National Oil Corporation for the year 2022, at a value of 37 billion 640 million and 145 thousand dinars.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Oil and Gas in the “unity government” confirmed its support for all initiatives and plans that would increase production in the oil and gas sector, although it was not involved in preparing the national plan for the development of the sector, which was approved by the head of the “unity government”.
The Ministry of Oil and Gas stressed the need to adhere to the legislation regulating the oil sector, noting that it is at the core of its tasks to develop policies and strategic plans related to the oil and gas industry and its integration with the general policies of the state and sectors, to make good use and development of oil wealth, to secure the needs of the local market of petroleum and gas derivatives, and to increase production capacity.
