Tampereen modern multipurpose arena The Nokia arena will open on Friday after a long wait.
In the arena replacing the traditional Hakametsä ice rink, the local match of the hockey league Tappara – Ilves will be played right from 6.30 pm on Friday evening. The Tampere teams will also meet each other on Saturday, when it is Ilves’ turn to host.
