Abu Dhabi’s unified government services system stated that its smart application “Tamm” allows the completion of more than 600 government services digitally, for all members of society, as it aims to reach the provision of 100% of integrated digital services, to government agencies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, by the end of this year.
The system aims to enable the residents of Abu Dhabi to access a comprehensive set of government services and deliver them through a single point of contact.
She indicated the completion of the development and provision of 80% of the integrated digital services for government agencies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the application, which is in line with the emirate’s ambitious vision in the field of digital transformation, as one of the initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Development Accelerators Program “Ghadan 21”, which leads efforts to develop the emirate through investment. In business, innovation and people.
The application provides government services in various areas of life, including police services such as booking driving test appointments, renewing private driving licenses without leaving their homes, economic services such as obtaining permits and business licensing procedures requirements, and social services such as applying for professional licenses.
The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi has provided a number of its digital services through the application, such as providing information about the latest events taking place throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, organizing an event at one of the department’s sites, or requesting a tour guide license.
Abu Dhabi government indicators indicate that the percentage of digital services adoption by customers, who have already adopted the digital orientation in the performance of their transactions, has increased to 94%, and the integrated services of government agencies will increase these numbers with the aim of reaching a high percentage of users of the “Tamm” application by the end of the year.
