The Sevillian automotive group Syrsa chaired by Francisco Galnares announces the incorporation of 13 new dealers BMW, Mini and BMW Motorrad in Seville, Campo de Gibraltar, Córdoba, Jaén and Granada, with which it operates 74 facilities throughout Andalusia except Málaga, of which 42 are its own. With this acquisition from Almira, the group sets the objective of billing 500 million euros in 2025 with the sale of 16,000 vehicleswhich makes it the largest Andalusian group in the sector.
In By 2023 the group managed to bill 277 million euros, with a business increase of 31% compared to the previous year and sales growth of 18%. The new cIncorporated transferees sold 175 million of euros, and a volume of 4,900 vehicles, including new and used, and 500 motorcycles.
By brands, the weight of bmw in the group increases up to 40%, a figure similar to Renault and Dacia. The remaining 20% other brands such as Hyundai, Nissan, Mazda, Volvo, Alpine, Suzuki, Velca, Jaecoo and Omoda. It also operates as an authorized workshop for Link&Co, INEOS and Polestar. Through its Driveris brand, it has a presence with 11 establishments in the second-hand business, and also has management and insurance subsidiaries, as well as a circular economy plant.
The operation has been in the works for almost two years until last October the approval of the National Markets and Competition Commission.
The group, founded 60 years ago, now has a staff of 800 employees.
