Hedarv has been seen, among other things, at Åkesson’s and his ex-wife’s annual “glitter party” and at the most intimate event organized at Åkesson’s home. Hedarv has posed in group photos that also feature other members of the Sweden Democrats.
In addition to the private events organized by Åkesson, the man has participated in several party events.
For example, in 2017 he was seen at the Sweden Democrats’ summer festival. According to an anonymous source who spoke to Aftonbladet, the man was staying with Åkesson’s relatives at the time, and he is said to have been close to the family for many years anyway.
Åkesson himself claims that he did not know that the man runs a motorcycle club. He also says X in what he writes in the updatethat the man has been married to Åkesson’s longtime friend for a few years.
“I only know her current husband superficially, but we have met several times on different occasions,” Åkesson writes.
Åkesson also says that Hedarvi would not have been invited to the wedding if he had known about her background.
Aftonbladet claims, based on its own investigations, that Åkesson and Hedarv have been in the same groups since 2016, when Hedarv did not yet lead the motorcycle club. The newspaper has also published a photo it obtained, in which Åkesson and Hedarv are posing together.
According to Aftonbladet, the Danish motorcycle club is relatively new in Sweden, but several of its members have been convicted of drug and firearms offences. According to the newspaper’s information, Hedarv has been convicted of traffic violations and financial crimes and is said to also have a background in the criminal Bandidos motorcycle gang.
Hedarvi’s participation in Åkesson’s private events and events of the Sweden Democrats has caused a great uproar in Sweden.
