The CEO of Gkn in a video: “It will be difficult to do better, it will be a 2021 full of satisfactions”
In a video of just 6 months ago, Andrea Ghezzi, CEO of Gkn, the company that fired 422 workers at the former Fiat plant in Campi Bisenzio, in the province of Florence, alerting employees with an email, praised the accomplished results from the company and wished 2021 a year “full of satisfaction”.
The footage was sent to the workers of the company that produces mechanical components for engines in the automotive and aerospace industries for the 2020 holiday season.
“Dear colleagues – says the CEO who yesterday was at the institutional table wanted by the Mise – at the end of this year 2020 I entrust you with this short video message for a personal greeting on behalf of the whole company”.
“It has been a particular and complicated year, which has forced us to make significant changes in behavior and relationships both in the private and professional spheres”.
“From a business point of view, however, we can be very satisfied – continues Ghezzi – for having successfully reconciled various needs. The protection of everyone’s health in the first place, the question of our customers which has seen very significant fluctuations over the year and the economic and financial sustainability of the company “.
