Cuauhtémoc.- Elements of the State Investigation Agency, attached to the District Attorney’s Office of the Western Zone, arrested Armando RO, 42 years old, by means of an arrest warrant as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of homicide against Javier Iván RM
The ministerial investigations establish that the events took place on September 18, 2021 outside an abandoned business, close to a convenience store at the Cuauhtémoc – La Junta exit.
The information provided by witnesses and recorded in the corresponding investigation file establishes that Armando RO hit the victim on the head and different parts of the body with a blunt object.
The forensic medical report states that Javier Iván RM died from head trauma as a result of the blows and cuts he suffered to the head.
Armando RO was arrested by members of the Specialized Unit for Compliance with Arrest Warrants on Pacheco Avenue and Vialidad Ch-P, in the city of Chihuahua on Wednesday, July 7, 2024.
