Suspected criminal offenses Three were arrested on suspicion of aggravated rape in Närpiö

Ostrobothnia the district court has arrested three people on Friday on suspicion of aggravated rape. The suspects were arrested on suspicion of probability at the request of the Ostrobothnian Police Department.

Now the detainees were arrested in Närpiö on Tuesday. Police said on Tuesday, in addition to the arrests, they conducted home searches related to a suspected foreign labor force.

HS said on Thursday that dozens of Vietnamese workers are suspected of being raped in Närpiö. In addition to the four suspects previously reported, police have arrested a handful of suspects from various locations in Närpiö on Tuesday.

In total, there are now about ten suspects and dozens of victims, according to police.

Newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet said in late January that the investigation was about bringing Vietnamese to work in, among other places, some greenhouse companies in Närpiö.
