Specifically, Herrán’s list, with the support of deputy Pedro Casares, has been the most voted in Santander, Castro Urdiales, Camargo, Astillero, Bárcena de Cicero, Bareyo, Cabezón de la Sal, Cartes, Arenas de Iguña, Corrales de Buelna, Corvera de Toranzo, Miengo- Polanco Molledo, Reocín, San Feliz de Buelna, Santoña, San Vicente and Valderredible.
For its part, Zuloaga has won in Torrelavega, Laredo, Colindres, Val de Val de San Vicente, Suances, Ampuero, Ramales, Liébana, Rionansa, Marina de Cudeyo, Mazcuerras, Medio Cudeyo, Reinosa, Bezana, Voto and Villaescusa . Both candidates have tied in the municipalities of Piélagos and Guiezo.
