Although we love salads all year round, the truth is that the time when they are the real protagonists is summer, when the wide variety of fruits and vegetables allow us to play even more with combinations with preserves, fish, meat, sauces , nuts and endless other possibilities. After all, a salad is starting from a base that can range from legumes, rice, potatoes, bulgur, lettuce or any other leafy vegetable such as spinach and mix gracefully (and a little culinary knowledge ) a few ingredients until you find the winning combination. In this article we bring you ten comidisters salads that well deserve a gold medal and that you cannot avoid turning into a fresh, appetizing and light first course (or a single dish).
