Starting tomorrow, the wind will turn to the northwest, bringing fresher air to us. As a result, the 20 degrees of Ascension Day will no longer be achieved. The maxima will be between 15 and 18 degrees on Friday. A single shower is not completely excluded, but in most places it will remain dry.
On the weekend, especially on Sunday, the maximums barely rise above 15 degrees and that is quite cool for the time of year. There is again a chance of a few showers, especially in the evenings, but much precipitation is not expected. It doesn’t look like the mercury will rise again until next week.
It seems to remain quite cool until June 13th. Nevertheless, days with an afternoon temperature of 20 degrees are also possible, especially if the wind blows from the southwest. In the period from 13 to 27 June, warm days await us, with an afternoon temperature between 20 and 25 degrees. Towards July, warmer summer weather is even closer.
Last year, June was the warmest June ever recorded with a monthly average temperature of 18.2 degrees. This year June starts cool with sometimes a shower.
